Q4: What is the recommended spraying process?
1. Polish & clean metal surface, spray 2K epoxy primer and sand smooth;
2. Mix Golden Pearl with dedicated 1K base binder by factory ratio, thin with special thinner;
3. Spray 2–3 medium wet coats, flash off 5–8 mins between layers;
4. Fully flash then apply two layers of 2K clear coat for gloss & protection.
Spray pressure: 2.0–2.5 bar, gun distance:15–20cm.
